Where is Skydive Dubai?
Skydive Dubai operates from two separate dropzones, and your ticket is for one of them, so check which location your booking is for before you set off. One is on the coast inside the city; the other is out in the desert, so the journey and timing are very different.
Both locations have their own runway, so you take off and land at the same place you checked in.
| Dropzone | Address | Setting |
|---|---|---|
| Palm Dropzone | Al Seyahi Street, Mina Seyahi, Dubai Marina, Dubai | Coastal, in the city next to Jumeirah beach |
| Desert Campus (Desert Dropzone) | E66 Dubai–Al Ain Road, near Margham, Dubai | About 35 km outside Dubai among the dunes |
How to get to Skydive Dubai on Al Seyahi Street
The Palm Dropzone is the easier of the two to reach. If you are staying in Dubai Marina, JBR or along Al Sufouh, a taxi or ride-hailing trip is short; ask for Skydive Dubai on Al Seyahi Street, Mina Seyahi.
By public transport, the Dubai Tram has a Mina Seyahi stop in the same area, and the tram connects with the Dubai Metro at its interchange stations along the route. Check the walking route from the tram stop on a map app before you go, because you need to arrive by the time on your confirmation.
If you plan to drive, Skydive Dubai does not publish parking details, so confirm where to park when you arrive or ask the dropzone in advance.

How to get to the Skydive Dubai Desert Campus
The Desert Campus sits beside the E66, the Dubai–Al Ain road, near Margham. There is no Metro or tram service out here, and Skydive Dubai does not provide transport, so the practical options are a rental car, a taxi or a private driver.
If you take a taxi, agree how you will get back before you leave the city, since you may spend three to four hours at the dropzone and it is well outside the urban area. Operator listings show the Desert Campus as temporarily unavailable at times, so confirm it is operating on your date before arranging a car.
What to wear and bring to Skydive Dubai
The dress rules are enforced at check-in, and wearing the wrong clothes can hold up your jump. Glasses and contact lenses are fine, since everyone is given protective goggles.
- Bring an official photo ID: passport, Emirates ID or driving licence
- Bring your gift certificate if you are using one
- Bring a Declaration of Fitness form signed and stamped by your doctor if you are 70 or older or have a listed medical condition
- Wear athletic, comfortable clothes with sleeves; no low-cut, sleeveless, collared or crop tops and no short shorts
- Wear sneakers or sport shoes without buckles or studs; no sandals, boots or heeled or platform shoes
Facilities for friends and family at the dropzone
Both dropzones have free Wi-Fi, a café with food and drinks, and an outdoor deck where friends and family can watch skydivers land, so companions do not need to find somewhere else to wait.
There is no daycare. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times, so if two parents are both jumping they have to take turns and tell staff at check-in. Dogs are not allowed on the premises.
